Every screen, in both languages
The office, the technicians, the porters and the residents each pick English or Spanish, on phones and computers. A manager can work in English while a technician sees the same work order screens in Spanish.
The screens change language; what people write stays as they wrote it. That is what the AI suggestion is for.
Translate a work order with one tap
Staff can open an AI suggestion on an open work order. It translates the order's description between English and Spanish, sums up the problem in one sentence and suggests likely causes, what to check, parts that may be needed and safety notes. It is labeled "AI suggestion — verify on site", it decides nothing by itself and residents never see it.
Residents in their own language
The resident portal is in English and Spanish too. Residents send requests, check whether something is an emergency and follow each step in the language they choose.
After-hours calls in English or Spanish
With the optional emergency call line, recorded calls are turned into text, translated between English and Spanish and summarized for staff by our AI provider; callers agree to the recording first. It reaches the person your on-call rotation sets.
The emergency call line is optional and costs $120 per property per month, billed separately.
Voice messages for the field
Team chat has photos and voice messages, so a technician can answer without typing. Insults are blocked before they are sent.
One app for the whole property
The same app runs Make Ready, inspections, vendors, the time clock and the rest of the property's maintenance. See it all on the apartment maintenance app page.
Try it in the demo
The public demo opens in English or Spanish. Pick a view and a language. The public demo has a sample property; nothing you do there is saved.
